Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this App.

Content Warning: The App facilitates the exchange of "wish cards" which may include explicit sexual language and themes. By using the App, you consent to viewing and creating such content.

Authentication: We use Supabase for OTP (One-Time Password) authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account.

Profile Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information (Name, Gender, Date of Birth).

One Account Per Person: Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts to harass or deceive others.

Ownership: You retain ownership of the text and content you input into "wish cards."

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you send to your partner.

Prohibited Content: You may not use BlushQuest to share:

• Non-consensual sexual content.
• Illegal acts or solicitation.
• Hate speech or abusive language.

Local Laws: In certain jurisdictions (e.g., UAE, Indonesia), the transmission of certain explicit materials may be restricted by law. You agree to comply with all local regulations.

Billing: Subscriptions are processed via Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Trials: Our 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

Cancellations: You may cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
